DPD NEXT DAY DELIVERY
All parcels sent with DPD will arrive next working day from when they're dispatched. They also come with full tracking by DPD. When ordering after 2pm on a Thursday, your order will be dispatched on Friday, the next working day after this is Monday. You will receive up to date tracking & a time slot on the day of delivery.
Please contact us before placing your order if you would like Saturday or Sunday delivery, as this can be made available to you at an extra charge.

Home Deliveries in Market Harborough LE16
- Only for 2.5 miles from our store in Market Harborough (Great Bowden, Little Bowden, Lubenham, Dingley & East Farndon are included)
- Order before 4pm for same working day delivery
- Order after 4pm for next working day delivery
- This delivery option will show if you are eligible
- If it doesn't, any postal options paid will be refunded if you're eligible for our local delivery service!
We aim to deliver between 4pm and 6pm, but potentially later dependent on volume of orders received.
Local pick up
If you choose to pick up your order, you can do so from our Market Harborough Store - 5A Church Square, LE16 7NB.
Pickup days during the current lockdown are Mondays, Thursdays & Saturdays 12pm-2pm
This will be contact free at our pickup point, the shops bottom door under the archway.
We aim to dispatch all orders placed with-in 24 hours.
*this is not guaranteed, but we will always try our hardest to make this happen depending on volume of orders.
If you order on Saturday or Sunday these orders will not be dispatched until the earliest time of Monday.
We care deeply about the environment and the world that we live in.
We make a very conscious effort as Randalls to do our part.
Our parcels are either sent out in boxes that have been used previously or new boxes that are recyclable.
Our packing bobbles are biodegradable - all you have to do is pop them in the sink with running water and watch them disappear!
All bubblewrap and polystyrene that we use has been previously used and is donated from a company which would ordinarily dispose of these materials.
We use packing bobbles, bubblewrap and polystyrene to ensure our products get to you, our customers, safely and in great condition!
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging & un-opened.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 working days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Any issues with your item getting lost or stolen on it's way back to us are solely the customers issue. We do not deal with any postal issues unless they are coming from us.
