I haven’t received an order confirmation! What should I do?  - This can happen if your billing postcode doesn’t match your card details. Don’t worry, the payment hasn’t left your bank, it will just be in your pending balance and will be returned to you shortly!  You can place your order again and ensure the right details are entered. You will get an email confirmation, so just double check your spam/junk folders.| How can I modify my order? If you complete the checkout and realise you’ve made an error, best get in touch with us as quickly as possible! It may be possible to make a change on our system prior to the order being picked and packed; once that process is underway. However, we do take pride in getting your orders dispatched asap, so get in touch as soon as you can, please!
