Frequently Asked Questions o We are a UK-only retail website, based in Market Harborough – check out our shop page! o We dispatch orders Monday – Friday, aiming for same day dispatch on orders before 2pm *This is not a guarantee, but we will always try our hardest to make this happen depending on order volume* o If you order on a Saturday or Sunday, these orders will not be dispatched until the earliest time of Monday. o Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands parcels may not go with your selected courier, but will be sent with the closest option *For instance, you select DPD next working day, we send with Royal Mail Tracked 24* o Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands may take longer to arrive, this is unfortunately out of our control, as your goodies must pass through customs or travel offshore respectively. o We care deeply about the environment and the world that we live in. We make a very conscious effort as Randalls to do our part. Our parcels are either sent out in boxes that have been used previously or new boxes that are recyclable. Our packing bobbles are biodegradable - all you must do is pop them in the sink with running water and watch them disappear! All bubble wrap and polystyrene that we use has been previously used and is donated from a company which would ordinarily dispose of these materials. We use packing bobbles, bubble wrap and polystyrene to ensure our products get to you, our customers, safely and in great condition!
